Hi and welcome to the website for St James Church, Woodhouse. We are the local parish Anglican church and part of the Diocese of Sheffield. We have a varied programme for all ages that take place throughout the week and hopefully this website will give you a taster of what is going on here. If you would like to find out more about anything that you see here you can contact the vicar Reverend Dave Gough through the contact us link at the top of this page or come along to one of our services, we’d love to get to know you!
Each Sunday we hold our main service at 10.30am, the first Sunday we meet for our ‘Footprints’ family service with activities for all ages, the second and fourth Sunday are when we share together at Holy Communion, the third Sunday we celebrate with families in our community at our family Baptism service and when there is a fifth Sunday in the month we share together at our family Communion service.
